3, the declaration and implementation of technical projects.
4, standard formulation, revision, thesis and patent application program writing.
5, responsible for the field of new process research, technical route design and integration, new process experimental platform construction, process optimization and process mass production and other work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer materials or chemical engineering.
2. Experience in research and development of yarn, rubber, color paste and labor protection gloves is preferred.
